Kathleen led the design of the competency assessment that scaffolds the Mentors Work Programme.

In November 2021, Kathleen was invited by Helen O’Callaghan to contribute to an article she was writing for The Irish Examiner's Lifestyle/Health and Wellbeing section on the fallout of the pandemic and the apparent mass resignation of employees now that "normal" service had resumed
