Our Social Values Policy outlines our dedication to promoting economic, social, and environmental well-being, while fostering equality, diversity, and inclusivity. By embedding social value into everything we do, we aim to contribute to a sustainable and fair future for all.
This policy sets out our approach to delivering social value through our operations, projects, and partnerships. It applies to all employees, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders involved with Kathleen Halligan Consulting. Our policy is guided by the principles of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

- Employment: We participate in a range of initiatives to prompt the development of those from under-represented and disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Community Partnerships: We support local organisations, schools, and charities in inclusive and development initiatives e.g. Social entrepreneurs; Springboard mentoring scheme etc.
- Measurement: We regularly engage with communities and stakeholders to ensure our initiatives remain relevant and impactful.

- Senior Leadership: Responsible for driving the social value agenda and ensuring its alignment with strategic goals.
- Employees and Associates: Encouraged to actively participate in initiatives that support social value objectives.
- Suppliers and Contractors: Expected to align with our values and contribute to our social value priorities.
Communication
This policy will be shared with all employees and associates and is made publicly available on our website. It will also be included in onboarding materials and contractor agreements to ensure all parties understand our commitments.
Review and Updates
We are committed to continuous improvement. This policy will be reviewed every two years to ensure it remains effective and reflective of evolving community and stakeholder needs.
